Although it is considered as budget hotel, the food selection is rather generous and delicious. For my room, the bathroom is rather small and there was no bathtub, but that was not a problem at all. Although I have to admit the lighting in the room is dim and not really comfortable for working inside the room. Now, about the room, it was large enough, clean, and neat, without any noticeable weird smell or stains. The lobby was small and can be cramped when there are many people doing check-in or check-out at the same time, but the check-in and check-out process were smooth and without any problem. The hotel itself was nothing special and rather small. But then, my doubt was baseless as the security quickly showed me reserved parking spot for hotel visitors. To be honest, I had a doubt at the beginning when I came to this hotel, particularly due to very limited parking spot and it entrance that became one with the entrance to Botany Square Mall. Stay for 5 nights for work, although I did came with my wife and my son. I might stay again in the future if they improve their room quality. But overall, the staff was nice, the service was impeccable and the breakfast buffet was pretty good with quite a lot of option. We just had to immediately find the nearest car wash to get our problem fixed. The other cars parked next to us experienced the same thing. Our car got covered in some sticky substances as we observed it upon leaving the hotel. My room was kinda noisy, I think there might be some construction going on coz it's pretty loud. The maintenance guy had to refill the freon. The AC was still a bit hot though it was in cool mode, max fan speed and in the lowest temperature set. We had to call reception to have the proper size of plug to be delivered to our room in order for us to utilize the bathtub. The bathtub could have been more cleaner and the plug wasn't even big enough to stop the water from draining. The only downside was the room was a bit rundown and seemed pretty aging. The location is pretty nice and the check in process ran smooth.
